Delivery

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier and certain ranges of  mirrors and furniture will be delivered direct by the supplier.

We ship from a UK warehouse and should receive within 2 weeks but express available for within a week delivered

DHL ON-DEMAND DELIVERY offers the following free delivery options:

  • Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
  • Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
  • Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
  • Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
  • Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:Hold for Collection.
  • Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.

If you choose Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY

ODD will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.

Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.

We do not accept damage reports for international consignements but we do go above and beyond to package your goods safely for transit.

We book delivery for international orders on your behalf in essence – as we take no responsibility for export orders.

Return and refund

Cancellations, returns and refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
